I have a laptop which has been infected with one or more trojans. I can't download any anti virus programmes and the laptop will not boot into safe mode. Adv. antivirus is installed but the trial period is finished and it prompts to activate and pay the subscription. It has detected infections. Is the answer to activate this or is there another method to clean up this computer?

Discovered Unlocker 1.8.7 and have now managed to install AVG so may be on the road to recovery.

Run a scan and let me know if it was fixed.

It would be best to run the programs in the malware removal guide and post the logs.
