Default Unwanted/Unimplemented Porn site hijack?

This web site automatically plays when playing Casino Royal. First URGE downloads the catalog. Then the Sony Flash player starts. So we click play the movie/DVD. Once done WMP opens up and then after a pause we push play. Then the porn commercial plays. When attempting to play through another user on the PC this does not happen. The movie plays nomally without any porn pop up commercials. A thorough cleaning, spyware scan, removal and virus scan and disk defragmenting have been done several times. Plus hijack and rootkit scans done. Even the online Trend Micro Housecall was performed. ALL updates are done. This only plays on one user. The PC has the following specs...

<EDIT unnecessary system info.>

Default Unwanted/Unimplemented Porn site hijack?

Hey! I am totally unaware that this is an infected site. How do I stop this site from appearing on this PC? All that is done is to play a DVD movie. By NO means was this an intentional post to infect Anyone. I thought that all information was needed to help remedy this infection if it is one. My intentions was to get advice on how to Stop this thing from playing.

When disconnected from the internet that “infected” site does not play. All we want to do is stop it from EVER happening again and we'd like to know how it happened in the first place.

I can not tell what malware might be on the computer without the information in the link I provided.

Read this carefully and post the log in your next reply.

1. Please download Combofix by sUBs. Place it on your Desktop. combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.
Combofix will create a backup to anything removed in C:\qoovox

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Default Unwanted/Unimplemented Porn site hijack?

OK! Let me try to rephrase the problem. We wanted to watch a movie called Casino Royal. This movie is a certified store bought movie. When we tried to watch the movie an explicit commercial began to play the is TOTALLY inappropriate to anyone. Another movie was played called King Kong and the “Sony Flash Player” did Not start as in did with the Casino Royal movie. Why is this happening on one user on the PC. All cleaning, infection removal and updates are up to date. Please help us figure out how to stop this from occurring if you can. Any advice would be so welcome.

I attempted the above for combofix.exe several times now. Is there another way to download this?
