| Hello there! After getting spammed with strange messages telling me to download an antivirus program, i decided to run spybot (which was only just updated). It detected a large amount of spyware and a couple of trojans, after telling it to fix them, i was told 6 of the processes couldn't be fixed and required a restart. After rebooting the computer i was unable to log into any profiles without being instantly being logged out again. I have tried to enter in safe mode but the same thing happens, is there any way around this without having to reformat? As i have university coursework on there i dont want to lose :'(. Any help would be massively appreciated, Thankyou! |

| You can try this. Avira AntiVir Rescue System * Download the Avira AntiVir Rescue System * Place a blank CD in your burner and double-click on the downloaded file. * The program will automatically burn the CD for you. * Place the burned CD into the affected computer and start the computer with the CD in the CD tray. * On the bottom left side of the screen there are 2 flags. Using your mouse click on the British flag to use English. * Click on the Configuration button. - Select Scan all files - Select Try to repair infected files and Rename files, if they cannot be removed - Select Scan for dialers - Select Scan for joke programs (Jokes) - Select Scan for games - Select Scan for spyware (SPR) * Click on Virus scanner * Click on Start scanner at the bottom of the screen. |
