The reason I ask is that this entry C:\Program Files\winamp551_full_emusic-7plus_en-us.exe is 99% of the time from a torrent download. You never know what extra junk is packed with torrents so it is best to stay away from them at all costs.

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall Viewpoint and anything else with Viewpoint in the name.

Your Java is out of date.
Older versions of Java have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
  • First go to add/remove programs and check which version(s) of Java are installed.
  • The current version will read like this. Java(TM) 6 Update 4
  • If there are outdated version(s) then update now.
Step 1 - Get the new version

  • Click the button and save the installer to the desktop.
  • Double click the installer from the Desktop and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Step 2 - Remove the old version(s)
  • Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs
  • Uninstall all older versions of Java.
  • Remove any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Do not remove Java 6 Update 4
  • Restart your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Double click My Computer on the desktop, Locate this folder: C:\Program Files\Java
  • Open the Java folder and delete any sub folders except the jre1.6.0_04 folder which was just created by the newest Java installation.
All I can think of is try going to the HP web site and see if there are any updates you can run from there that will clear up the error. If there were an error number in the last one it would help.

Or try HP Support Chat. They may be able to send any file needed to clear this up.

Well, now the only problem is, when I try to install the java update, I get this:

Other than that, I think it's working a little better now.
