...there is a virus it can not repair? ??

Usually, that means it can't remove the virus and leave the infected file intact. It'll generally quarantine or remove the offending file altogether. The virus is still disabled, but the infected file is no longer usable.

Go to symantec's website and see if they have tips on hwo to remove it.

theres a simple solution, set your computer to start up in safe mode next time you boot it and then re-boot the computer. Once rebooted it should be in safe mode, from there, you run the anti-virus and re-run virus scanner, this way it more easily detects more viruses and deletes those you can't delete in normal mode. IF all this fails, i suggest you should download spydoctor from www.downloads.com. This software is great at detecting viruses.
