| i've had this problem in the past.. when i used to use windows.. even with a little research i could not get anything more than to just uninstall it. and even that caused me some unpleasant problems as well. a clean install of the operating system of your choice is probably the best bet. |

| Norton Antivirus is a buggy program in itself, it takes a lot of CPU Usage up and you need to be sure to have a high-spec computer. I would recommend making a change to either, Avast! Home Edition or AVG Free! |
