Default What Are These Hidden Files?

Just updated good ol' Scotty (Winpatrol) and was checking it out. I found some hidden files I can't find on google. Well two I can't find, and two I get mixed results for (the SwSys.BMP). COuld you tell me what they are please?

What Are These Hidden Files?-winpatrol.jpg

EDIT: The two bottom ones, the etilq........... Dated May 2, 2009, are the ones I can't find on google. They were there BEFORE I uninstalled the last version of winpatrol with a different date.

The swsys1.bmp files appear to be leftovers from one of the specialized scanners you have ran. The others are all OK I think.

Cool site. I have it bookmarked now. It said it passed 37 tests and isn't malware. LOL It also said:
Note: this file has been scanned before. Therefore, this file's scan result will not be stored in the database

Thanks (lol can't get rid of the red from the copy paste)

It looks like that is a common file that others have found questionable also. Windows stores all sorts of temp files. If you were to keep digging I'm sure you could occupy plenty of time worrying yourself

Is it safe to delete or change the location of AppData/Local
All of the answers are NO. Just do normal disk cleanup steps and leave those alone.
