i am not sure if my problem is due to spywere/virus ect maybe somone on here would tell me

i will try to explaine my problem as clear as i can so please bear with me

my pc loads windows and logs in ok no problems there...after a while of browsing internet/msn/music ect
my pc acts wird..as in like when i goto click my start button on my desktop to click a program it disappears state away like i clicked it off and when i try again..the same thing again also my msn chat window will just go off-disappear and i will have to start a new convocation window with the person then it will be ok for about a minute or a few seconds..eneything to do with clicking it will do it too even my internet window wil not work if i click it.pc is not freezing thouh

i thought a scan with SPYBOT SEARCH&DESTROY would fix this problem and it did till the next day when the problem started again

am i write to think SPYWERE/VIRUS...
i think i am getting spywere again as my spybot results bring loads of problems up/fixes them.then when i do a scan again they are there again

could anyone recomend a good spywere remover.has to be safe to use as i dont mess with softwere as its beond me and i have made problems worse with software that you need to no what settings to set.

Lets take a look at a HJT log.

Download and rename HijackThis (HJT)

• Double-click on HJTInstall.
• Click on the Install button.
• It will automatically place HJT in C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe.
• Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
  • Close HijackThis and rename it.
  • Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.exe
  • Right click on HijackThis.exe and select Rename.
  • Type in sniper.exe and press Enter.
  • Right-click on sniper.exe and select Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)
• From the desktop open HiajckThis.
• If using Windows Vista, Right-click and Run As Administrator.
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button
• HijackThis will scan and then a log will open in notepad.
• Copy and then paste the entire contents of the log in your post.
  • Do not have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Although we have renamed HijackThis to sniper, we will still refer to it as HijackThis or HJT.

Please download Combofix by sUBs from one of the below links.
