Hi All, can anybody help me how to get rid of this message. I am getting this balloon in my laptop. when i click on balloon, it says buy a new AntiSpyware to install. Is there any other way to remove this. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Follow the guide, install the free software and post the log files.

Then the malware team can see what is wrong with your system.

Well windows shouldn't just pop up with a message saying there's a virus, because windows doesn't care. It's most likely a virus telling trying to trick you into buying some program. It might look legit, but it isn't. Don't worry, the malware team can remove it, they're very good that this stuff.
