Default Blocking junk mail at source

Hi

I have configured Windows Mail to download all my mail from my Yahoo email account. I am getting a lot of 'junk' mail which is being diverted from my inbox folder to my junk mail folder, which is fine. However, I must be getting 40 - 60 a day and was wondering how to block them at source ? I went to Yahoo to try out the section under 'options' where you type in either the email address or domain to have it blocked. However, I am getting a whole variety of emails ( of a dubious sexual nature!) which mainly have a 'de' suffix e.g.'name of sender'@altpapier.de etc. etc. These emails also have an unknown receipient email address i.e. its not mine !

Can I block these addresses by typing in *@*.de, using an * as a sort of wild card ??

thanks

Deam

That made me smile, I remember black-holing the whole of Korea, China, Singapore and Brazil from the Internet by IP analysis on a mail server a while ago in a moment of extreme frustration. It made a big difference at the time. Tools have got more sophisticated since then.
