Default E-Mail Address format

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me, is it ok to use capital letters in the domain part of an e-mail address.
I.e someone@MyCompany.co.uk

Default E-Mail Address format

Domains are always bought in lower case, but work the same in upper or lower.
