I am not able to attach a folder containing different files to an email thru MS office outlook, how to mail a folder ? while pressing insert/opne tab in attachement window it opens the folder and displays all the files.

You can't attach a folder as a folder, however you could use a program like winrar to compress and combine the folder into a file, this can then be e-mailed and uncompressed again at the other end.
