Default HAVE BIG EMAIL PROBLEM---HELP !

Email problems began 10 or 12 days ago very suddenly on both my Yahoo and Msn (Hotmail) emails. The operating strip on my emails containing fonts, color, Bold, Italics, indents, spell check, etc. has disappeared. Also, no copies of past emails are attached when i reply or forward emails; No automatic signature, etc. Also, there is a very loud noise when I click on things with my mouse---or whenever an incoming email is announced. Also, have trouble getting into my Hotmail email. I have tried numerous anti virus programs to clean system, i.e. Hijack this with no success. When I contacted my ISP Yahoo, got senior Techy who got into my computer and saw no problems on his screen. Says problem is with my computer. Have Windows XP. Need your help FAST!

This sounds like a malware problem...

Go to the Virus, Spyware & Security Forum

Do everything in the first post in this post.

Then start a new thread in that forum and post the Hijack This log you created.

Someone will look over it and suggest a course of action.
