Hi Guys

Just wondering if its relatively easy to collect Hotmail/MSN emails, via Outlook Express rather than loading up IE or Firefox, and take hours to load as my connection is soooo slow.

Easier for me thats all.

TIA

Ben

Yes it is very easy

Heres the Microsoft tutorial

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/.../oe/setup.mspx

But what I would do in your case is download Windows Live Mail

http://get.live.com/en-gb/

This is how I get all my mail. It is clever in that it can be used on more than one PC and you will never have to read mail twice. I have it installed on all our computers and they all keep in sync perfectly.

No can do, Microsoft stopped offering the service, if you don't login to you free account via the web you don't earn them any $$$ via advertising.

Yep .... it's all about $$$$$$

Gmail is an alternative Free option still, that works in Outlook Express etc.

@ PhilThomas - Ye but that means sending my new address to all my contacts on MSN. Too much work as I have too many!

Anyway, if I can't it doesn't matter. I'll set up a GMail account now then. Anybody know how to get that working in OE?

Thanks again

Yeah iit's the same .... Google were involved in a dispute regarding the Gmail trademark in the UK, so they had to change it, to avoid a lawsuit as I recall.
