Lost folder in OE6 has disappeared

I have a folder that has completely disappeared from OE6 and cannot find it. The deleted items folder has also deleted everything aswell which it hasnt been set to do.

How can I get the folder and emails back?

Have you checked other adjacent folders, just in case you inadvertantly dragged and dropped it into one of these ?
