I use Windows Live Messenger 8.1. When using the audio wizard it reboots my computer when I click "next" after listening to the sound.
Audio and video worked fine on the earlier versions but even installing a much older version causes the same problem. Any suggestions? |

strange, sounds like it is incompatible with your sound card. try disabling any 3rd party software that came with your soundcard nd if that dosent help update your auido drivers. if all fails get an eirlier version of msn.
btw what sound card do u have? |

Everything is working now. I let Windows find an update for me and both audio and video are working great on MSN.
