When i open windows messenger window in the first box "e-mail address" where u type ur e mail a new e mail i created a while back is always already deiplayed in the window. How can i remove it from that window because i don't use that account alot i use my other account. I belive the status for this os "on " somewhere but can anyone let me know where and how to disable this.Thank you in advance.

I have forgotten my password to this account and when i click on "forgot your password" i am asked my windows live ID so i have put in my e mail address to reset password but getting messag that the ID is incorrect.How can this be i am typing in the e mail address in the msn window already on display?

right i am confused
messenger has two options, remember my email address and remember my password, whichever one that is ticked when you last signed in will respond accordingly

sorry to confuse you. I have managed to set it so my e mail is not already dispalyed in the bar,but i can't remember my password and tried to reset by clicking on "forgotten your password" at the bottom of this window.
I am then asked for my windows live ID but msg says windows live ID is oncorrect try again.

ive had it, i think my account just got deleted which was nice

you can download ccleaner from the download section, you can run a cleaner to wipe all remembered emails and passwords.

it will wipe it on all sites you use though if you decided to store (remember) your email address, so yourll just have to retype them all in
