Default Outlook Express Email to retrieve Deleted Item

hi any of you tech guys out there know how i could retrive something i have deleted in outlook express email please. I have done this once before but can't remmemeber how to do it please. thanks . Ash...

Do you make back ups? I'm assuming no, but I'll ask anyway.

Hmmm. If it's deleted it's probably deleted unless it is in your Trash Folder.

You would have to use some sort of recovery program to see if the emails still exist on your hard drive.

yes mate this is what i dont know how to do. how do i check this

There are programs that will do it but you will have to pay for them.
