hi any of you tech guys out there know how i could retrive something i have deleted in outlook express email please.

I have done this once before but can't remmemeber how to do it please. thanks . Ash

Hmmm. If it's deleted it's probably deleted unless it is in your Trash Folder.

You would have to use some sort of recovery program to see if the emails still exist on your hard drive.
