Default Outlook spooling mail?

My friend has tried many times to send me an e-mail and it keeps coming back to her. She definitely has my correct address. Also when I send her something and she clicks on reply it still comes back to her. She said I am not in her blocked senders. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Default Outlook spooling mail?

Is it only when sending to you this happens?

If yes then they must be entering the email wrong.

Classic mistake is using the address book when the email behind the name is wrong.

Default Outlook spooling mail?

the weird thing is....I am sending her emails- she receives it- tries to answer by hitting 'reply' and it comes right back to her inbox....maybe something is plugged up on her end? It's gotta be something simple!

Do they use Norton Internet security?
If so disable email scanning.

Or try the Detect and Repair feature

Might even try doing some housecleaning inside Outlook. Empty trash etc, etc.
