Well because the idea is to make it seem personal and when its sent as a bcc, ppl know its a group mail....am i making sense?

you need to do a thing called mail merge with placeholders its a document with say for instance this test
hello <name> i would like to inform you that <product> is out of stock
you would make that document and replace the place holders with information from a database
i cant remember the full instructions
