hello please help me... I can't install the yahoo messenger 9 beta... pls help me.. when i run the setup this comes out to my screen..:



after i click the "OK" button,,, it will now install the setup... but after installing this appears again in my screen:



please help me.. I don't know what to do.. I have no YM now.. I need the YM 9 BETA :)

It's a beta version which means there are possible bugs. Yahoo help pages will probably have more information than we can give.

That isn't Vista is it?

Yes I'm not using Vista,,, I'm just using Windows XP Service Pack 2
