Default problems installing latest msn messenger!

Hi guys. When I start msn up, I get a messege saying I need to install the latest version to use it again, so I hit install but It only goes half way cause it cant install files in the pchealth folder so I then have to abort. I then expect and open up the pc health file and the computer will then slow right down. I really need to use msn!

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall the version of Messenger you have now.

Install and run [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2] CCleaner

Then reboot the computer and try to install the New Version
