first problem is with google talk -script error when ever i open de programme.tried uninstalling and re installing it..no use.i am not able to close the error window and cant use g talk.


2nd problem is with yahoo messenger-i am not able to view what i type in INSTANT MESSAGE window,i cant even see what is there in offline message window.But recipients can get my message when i press ENTER after typing !
i am using firefox mainly,kaspersky internet security, there are no such error when i open IE.

dude my java is upto date !!
i am running my kaspersky scan now
but there are no chance for spyware....i am aware of such things......so any other solution

I assume you are using XP. Are all of your windows updates current?
How about cleaning. Temp files and such.
Do you use CCleaner?

Also, Kaspersky is highly reliable but that does not mean nothing has crept in. A second opinion is always good. Spybot for example.

Are you familiar with HijackThis? You could post a log to determine if anything has taken control of your IM clients.

No problem let's start out with this so we can try to rule out spyware/virus.

Download HijackThis Here
Once you have it downloaded install/save it to it's own folder!!! This is important for it to work properly.
For example save in C:\program files\hijackthis
You can then create a shortcut on the desktop.
Once installed open the program and select Do a system scan and save logfile.
**Important DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
Save the log to your desktop.
Copy and paste the log in your next post.

DONT REMEMBER such updates of FF or IE exactly
had some problems with FF update recently but was solved when i contacted FF help by un checking FF from kaspersky firewall
but even after that yahoo was working fine
it was last week onwards yahoo got trouble
google talk problem followed days after
i have no errors or no problem in using IE even now........any scope ?
