I have the feeling that I should be able to solve this my self,, despite weeks of trying I cannot.....
If I get an e.mail with pictures, adverts.. in, there is often a picture and there is advice,'' to know more click here''.
so I click there and nothing happens,, I can send it to favourites,, but often dont bother, unless it is urgent..
It is just SO annoying,,, if you can help, would be grateful.

Well Elizabeth,

I'm sorry to say that you do have some kind of virus, spyware, malware. Your virus protection software does very little in portecting your pc. I strongly suggest getting one of the following virus protection software and do a full system scan. Once done, update windows with all the latest security updates.

1. BitDefender Antivirus
2. Kaspersky Anti-Virus
3. Norton AntiVirus

All of the following score a 90% or higher accuracy rate.

Hope that helps. Cheers!
