Hi

I tend to use Trillian 3.0 created by Cerulean and wondered if anybody uses it, especially with Windows Vista Premium ??They claim version 3.0 is compatible with Windows Vista. I keep finding that the chat window wont open properly or it wont display emoticons etc. properly. It works fine with XP on my laptop. Any idea what might be the cause of it flunking with Windows Vista ?

well if that doesnt work there are always alternatives to trillian even like miranda, WIC messenger ect ect you can look here http://www.oldversion.com/talk/showthread.php?t=1092

The current updated version of Trillian is 3.1.11.0. Have you tried using that?

Warning:
This program by default will try to install
* The Weather Channel Desktop
* Ask Toolbar

You have to make sure you uncheck the install of the Weather Channel Desktop

Also for Ask Toolbar you have to uncheck to items
1. Enable address bar search feature
2. I accept the license agreement and want to install the free Ask Toolbar
