Hi,
Can anyone help with this problem. I have configured Outlook 2003 as per the instructions on Orange's web pages, but when I try to send a test message I keep getting the following: Some errors occurred while processing the tests. When I look at the errors I get: Send test e-mail: The specified server was found but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct. Port numbers: Incomming server (POP3): 995 Requires SSL is checked Outgoing server (SMTP): 25 Requires SSL is unchecked I have tried these checked / unchecked. My outgoing mail server is set to: smtp.orangehome.co.uk Does anyone have any ideas |

Consider whether you have a router or a firewall blocking your attempt. Lift the restrictions and see whether that gets you connected properly. Otherwise go back to the instructions and check carefully, I often get something like the username wrong and get rejected like that first time I try configuring.
