Hi all,

I use Outlook (Office 2007) for my emails.

Apparently randomly, some replies to my emails come back unformatted. It doesn't really matter, but sometimes people reply to emails by typing their comments next to my original questions in a different colour / underlined etc. It's not possible to distinguish which are their comments without reading the text, which partly defeats the object. Furthermore, I can't then reply to them in anything other than black courier font (no underlining etc either).

Clearly my email arrives with them in the correct, editable formatting, because they are able to respond in different fonts etc.

But somewhere between them and me, all formatting is lost.

I'm tempted to blame the others, but it happens to me on a regular basis and I can't help wondering there's something on my system causing it...

Any help appreciated.

Happens to me too, I put it down to a problem with some of the people I email like their end so not much I can do about it.
