If you have the messenger plus extension you can, I have that I find it's great, allows you to do loads of other stuff, and there is a window on it that allows you to view all your contacts and tells you if they have you on their contacts list or not, when they were last online etc.

ok, well you sent me a PM saying you had install messenger plus and how to find out so I thought I would post it here for other people's benefit too:

on the main window you will have several icons, click the one that is the 6th from the left (will look like a coloured background with an exclamation mark)>Click on Contact list clean-up>on the right hand column it says if that have you added or not.

Its not actually possible to tell who has blocked you. Only who has deleted you off their contact list.

Any website saying it can is a hoax.

I've heard that apparently Skype can tell. I'm not sure though, could try it out if you want.

That would be who's blocked you on their service though right? Afterall, why would skype bother to produce a program to find allow people to find out who's blocked them on something that isn't theirs?

There is no way, those websites are a con, other than installing some form of malware on the suspected blockers computer, which is taking finding out a bit far.
