I just downloaded the new Yahoo instant messanger and now I get an alert every time I get a new email. I want this stop, can somebody please tell me how to remove it.

Messenger -> Preferences -> Allerts and sound -> Disable the checkBox for enable alerts sounds and also disable the checkbox for Showing a message...
