| IMHO:Vegas Studio + DVD seems to be the most stable, budget video editor. Haven't used Adobe low end video software, but I hear it is also reasonably stable.I've used Pinnacle Studio 9 and it is very flaky. Search and see - many others have had stability issues.Higher end Pinnacle Liquid edition with HD editing evidently runs well on Dual core processors, but chokes on lesser machines.Unless you have a very strong PC, I would recommend stable and reliable over any other feature packed solutions. For stability, Vegas Studio or Vegas full edition is Rock solid. |
