Hi
I am trying to copy a CD album from 'My Music' folder onto a blank CD using WM player 11. Just found out that it wont play on a CD player as I think the files are .wma format. Admit I used to have Nero which was fine but its not on this puter ! How can i configure WM player to burn files that are.mp3 so that the CD can be played elsewhere ? thanks Dean |

I'm not entirely sure WMP has the facilities to convert the music format.

You will probably need a third party wma > mp3 converter or get Nero. They do a trial. http://www.nero.com/eng/Downloads.html My System: Hybr!d

Hi again
After disocvering that this version of Nero wont install on Windows Vista Premium, I am still in a fix as to how to configure WMP 11 so that it burns .wma files from the HD (e.g. My Music) to a CD but in .mp3 format. Otherwise, my CD player is going to be very quiet ! Thanks |

I have Vista and Nero, just get a patch.
Or get a converter to convert the WMA files to MP3 then use WMP11. |
