Do you already have a copy of Napster installed?

No, but I have had it installed in the past, but it's since been uninstalled. I've just checked my list of currenty installed programs and it's definitely not there.

Lets try this. If you don't have CCleaner.

Download CCleaner

It is suggested to download the CCleaner - Slim - No Toolbar which is the version without the Yahoo! Toolbar.

First:

Click on the Registry tab and clean the registry. Make a backup when prompted.

Click the Cleaner tab and run the cleaner.

Second:

Install Auslogics Registry Defrag

Close all browsers and run the tool. Restart the PC when done.

Third:

Try to install it again.

One thing to try after evilfantasy's suggestion is to download a new copy of Napster from here.

Then try installing that one.

If you have only recently downloaded your copy of Napster then ignore this.
