I burned a CD on iTunes, and it plays on the computer (Window Media Player) and not in a car stereo. What am I doing wrong? The CD was -R, if that helps any.

Follow these directions for flawless CD burning using iTunes:
To create an audio CD: Step 1: Select the playlist containing the songs you want to burn to the CD, and make sure all the songs you want to include have a checkmark beside them.Step 2: Insert a blank disc and click Burn Disc (at the bottom of the iTunes window). Step 3: Select Audio CD as the Disc Format. Step 4: Choose your options:

Some Car Players are unable to play CDRs, also they can be picky about -R or +R .... have a look at the Car Player's maual and check what it can play.

Also cheap CDs can cause problens too, so if your Car Player lists that it can read CD-Rs and or CD+Rs, try using a different brand of media .... Verbatim are renowned for quality and wide compatibility. My System: Home Build
