Just a small question:
In windows XP, how do allocate associated file extensions to a particular program. (i.e. where you can view a list of all file extensions, and associated programs, and change each one individually) I'm trying to dissociate all my audio file extensions from WMP, and re-associate them with foobar2000 instead. (so that all audio files are foobar2000 files rather than WMP files, and will open with foobar when double clicked) thanks alot guys and hi to all:) -mite |

Yeh It's been installed for ages now, and I have spent alot of time customising it too (basically its the swiss army knife of music players), so I dont really want to reinstall it. I think you're right about it picking up the extensions, as I remember it happening before but in this case, I'm looking for a solution to change them manually.
thanks:) |

You do it buy installing a new program and then going into the options of the chosen program and associating all files with it.
