Default Driver Query ref audio/video

Hi just reinstalled my computer back to windows xp. Once i had reinstalled the drivers with the cd that came with the computer, the sound and video works properly.

But what i noticed was even though these drivers were installed correctly, on DEVICE MANAGER there still is the same yellow question mark to state the driver is not installed??

Can anyone tell me why this is.thank you
