whats better mcAfee or AVG

the McAfee is being offered to me for free by HSBC and i know avg is free, just wanted a quick answear and didnt think it was worth it to open a new thread

I'd choose Avast hands down and so would many here, AVG a close second, most would not touch McAfee or Norton with a barge pole, free or not.

Feel free to add to your DVD to Ipod solution, might want to start a appropriate new thread, be a shame to tack it on the bottom of this one.

I didn't dare mention DVD decrypter as I thought it was verboten and definitely illegal in the US, but hey, things relaxed!
