Default dvd rw problems please help

my backup disk i created of pics and videos of my sons is not working. when i try and put them on my comp a message pops up saying bad sctor/unreadable. i tried using isobuster and some pics and videos seem fine but othrs are dont not work at all or th pic is ruined!

please help i really want them back! is there anything i can do? recovery program?

the files are JPEG and MOV

Default dvd rw problems please help

clean the disk as best as you can, use a scratch repairer if nessesairy. try the disk in another computer, even a dvd player should work. if that dosent work im sorry to say that the disk is damaged probally due to the use of cheap media (the disk), hardware (the burner) or just a bad burn (by chance,a bad configuration or the disk was dirty when u burnt it).
