 Easy Cap 2.0 Driver Problem

I have purchased a Easy Cap 2.0 but my xp laptop cannot find it when I plug it I have tried using the instructions for places it says I can download newer drivers from but none of the pages actually contain download links.
Could anyone please get back to me ...
