ok so in this guide i will show you how to touch peoples face up and stuff like that to start i will show you how to remove blemishes

1.)open your picture in photoshop and then press the j button and make shure that the healing brush tool is selected NOT THE STOP HEALING ONE is selected and nwo press alt and while still holding alt click on a peice of skin with no blemishes and then "paint over" the blemishes and once they are all gone you should look like this
before

after

Now i will show you how to smooth out skin ill use someone with a lot of wrinkels

1.) with your photo of the person you would like to smooth is open go to filter>blue>gausian blur and set it to about 3 now on the top right there will be a button with 3 boxes and an arrow and when you put your mouse over it it should day something like history well click on it and when you do there will be box that pops up and the last thing it says should be gausian blur and a box next to it tick the box then click on the action above it Now hit y and make shure the histoty tool brush is selected and then go over the skin you want to smooth and when you are all done it should look like this

AFTER

LMAO that old lady edit looked as if you'd done it with ms paint, you've come along way since then. But if i were you id leave a little blemish to make it look more realistic.
