Hey all, i need a little help, ive searched and searched for tutorials on gimp but have never come across one explainung how to change the size of things in your picture, an eye for example, im not sure if gimp can do this can anyone shed some light here?

Just re-read that and it wasnt very clear, what i meant was, as in some photosshops you can minipulate any part of the picture you like, ive seen people inlarge and minimize the eyes nose lips etc just by clicking the specific part of the picture. I was wondering if there are any plug ins for gimp that allow this or does it already have it?
