Default Help! i need a new codec i think!

i got my new 10.1 MP camera to make videos with but when i save the videos to my computer the AVI version only opens in Quick time and cant be seen I'm windows media player! media player can read other types of AVI but not this one. do i ...

i got my new 10.1 MP camera to make videos with but when i save the videos to my computer the AVI version only opens in Quick time and cant be seen I'm windows media player! media player can read other types of AVI but not this one. do i need a codec for this or what? please help. i don't like having to convert file after files just to use it in a video!

Google Ace Codec Pack, give that a try.

It will install every codec known to man on your PC.

Default Help! i need a new codec i think!

i can see the videos fine now, but when ever i go into my videos folder it screws the the explorer.exe and it has to close it down and restart the .exe how do i fix that???

OMG! it just made everything worse! now i cant even see any of my videos!!! im really frustrated right now >:(
