I answered my own question:I found Intervideo DVD Copy 4 to be good. You can choose iPod as an output format. You must couple it ith a descrambler - DVD Region + CSS Free if you want to go from DVD to mp4

No use shrink to5 it is better, I think. If you have a mac then handbrake is the best. Anyway good luck with the product you choosed.

Any DVD Converter is the new one I found. It works in easiest way, but the final results are pretty good.
