| Those aren't any good at doing this. Go to download.com, search "make cd covers" or just search for it. There will be tons of free programs that can do this! |

| I was thinking that Microsoft Publisher's later versions had a template for them, but I haven't actually tried to use it to make one. The idea about download.com is a good one. |

| what about nero. i think they have an option of designing covers as per your need. give it a try. |

| Both Knight and Mamab are correct Sharizzle, however I favour Nero as the better option as that is what the whole software is based around.
