 How to make a DVD-Video using windows 2003 server?

Hi There,
I have windows2003 server installed on my system locally...How can I download a recorded video tape onto a disc and make a DVD-Video from it?...There don't seem to be any tools that come with it...Any suggestions or alternative?

How to make a DVD-Video using windows 2003 server?
You'll need some sort of DVD burning software.
Cyberlink Power to Go to name one.
