yeah i have one. i bought a 400gb hard drive in it and have ocer 100 films already and it still has 320gb left. it is just like a dvd player but no dvd's required.

also it costs more but a wireless one that connects to your computer will be easier.

they are quite cheap but you have to buy a hard drive seperatly for most.

do you think it breaks down more easierly

a dvd last only a year

a harddrive has a 5 year warriety

i want it to store important info and not having it break down

i love the idea of playing it on tv

No real chance of it crashing?

Between one in a hundred and one in fifty hard drives fail. I've had hundreds and that's been my experience as well as what the books say. I had one batch of twelve all of which died within six months but I'm not counting those, they were just silly.

It's why people who run with no backups obviously place no value at all on their data.

sorry i meant crashing like a pc. yeah there is a chance of it getting corrupt but when it is just the hard drive and nothing else there is less of a chance
