Ok so i download a few m3u files and couldnt figure out what to do with them because they had 100's of mp3's in them!
I was told to open them in notpad witch gave me a bunch of urls for the mp3s and when i click on one it alows me to download them! Is there a way to MASS download theese instead of going through every file 1 by one1? |

Pretty sure every download manager ever can take a pasted list of URLs and start downloading them.

I'd make sure it's formatted one per line, then get Wget and run:
wget -i *filename*.m3u.
