I am helping a friend set up a website for his chiropractic practice. We want to use him as a video spokesperson. He is on a very tight budget, but does not want to use a generic video spokesperson. I need help in the steps in order to do so.

Should I use a blue screen or green screen or does it not matter?

Is there any other software that makes it easy to extract the video from the blue/green screen?
