Default Paint Shop Pro Vs PhotoShop?

I have used PhotoShop for years and have been happy with it. But I do not need it for much. Around 6 mb download so much lighter on resources.

Paint Shop Pro is around [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]325 Mb to download. Way too large for as much as I would use it. Plus costs too much for me.

I have been looking at Paint.net. Free, 1.66 mb download and has many of the features that paid programs have.
