when i had xp i had a program hat allowed me to write click on a picture and change the size of it.all in the write click menu of the mouse
problem is i cant remember the name of the program.i remember it was a free program am running vista ultimate.. or do i already have that option in my vista ? i miss that option so much thanks

You can just do that in Microsoft Paint.
1) Open Paint. 2) Click Image. 3) Click Resize/Skew... 4) Change the size to whatever you want. 5) Click O.K. 6) Your done! |
