Problem viewing youtube,BBCi and so on


Please help a damsel in distress Every time i try to watch something on YouTube,BBCi or the ITV player it plays about 5 seconds and then streams for another 10/15 then plays again for 5 seconds and so on
Its most annoying as i wanna catch up on some stuff ive missed on tv and wanna watch them onlinebut can't,im using windows vista.

Made any changes in the last week? Like downloading software or changed any settings on your computer that your not sure of the effects? I'm not familiar with vista but I've not heard many positive comments about it, and when did the slow streaming start happening? Also have you tried scanning for harmful stuff like Malware Trojans Virus's etc?

well i only noticed the slow streaming when i downloaded the BBCi and 4od players.I downloaded them and thats when I think it started.
Im not a huge fan of vista i think xp is much better,and ta il try the scan but i think my comp scans as soon as i turn it on so i dont think thats it

un install bbci and 4od and see if that makes a difference?
